Navigating Relationships with ADHD: Communication and Boundary-Setting

          Navigating relationships can be challenging for anyone, but it can be especially difficult for individuals with ADHD. ADHD symptoms such as distractibility, impulsivity, and disorganization can impact communication and make it difficult to establish and maintain healthy relationships. However, with the right tools and strategies, individuals with ADHD can build and maintain strong, supportive relationships.      Effective communication is key to building and maintaining healthy relationships. For individuals with ADHD, this can mean being mindful of the impact of their ADHD symptoms on communication and taking steps to minimize them. For example, it may be helpful to schedule regular check-ins with loved ones to ensure that important information is not missed, and to take time to listen and reflect on what is being said.      Another important aspect of navigating relationships with ADHD is setting clear boundaries. Boundary-setting can help individuals with ADHD manage the
